Walking Update

Just to clarify, Lukey is not walking. Actually, he hasn't taken a step since then. I get these weekly updates from BabyCenter that tell me milestones my children should be reaching. Well, for Luke it said that 98% of babies are walking by this age. What are the chances that Luke would fall into that "other" 2 %? How annyoing!

you can't go by those stupid things! He's just fine. He'll walk when he is ready.

so funny. Well you know he is capable of it so it isn't that he dosen't have the skills so don't worry about it. He is a cutie!

Well...my kids have ALL been in the very low 2% if not 1% for their size. I keep thinking I might have one child get some of the House height genes that I know is recessive in me somewhere. But every one is different and special. Walking when they're 8 months or 18. No big deal! Growing to be 6 feet tall or just 5. No big deal!

well, the chances would be about .....2%! :) I was always so worried about the girls not being 'average' in their accomplishments. When they are slow at one thing it is because they are FASTER AT SOMETHING ELSE- SOMETHING MUCH MORE IMPORTANT THATN WALKING! OOps sorry for the CAPS.
Hope you had fun in Boston!
