So, so sad and so, so disgusting! I had just left the kitchen to go grab my phone and I hear my mom screaming my name in bloody murder. I was sure that Cooper had died. I sprinted to the kitchen to find blood all over my mom's hands, shirt, and Cooper. He had performed the following act, in the following order:
#1:
#2:
#3:
The nastiest part was being able to see his skull through the cut. One thing that I can't handle is blood, especially my baby's blood. My mom later told me that I was having a harder time than Cooper was. For that reason, Jake was the designated holder for removing the stitches--only look what Cooper decided to do!!!
I would definitely say that Jake got the easy road out on the catastrophe!!

cooper isn't sleeping....he's medidating out the pain. It's a great coping mechanism
Soooo sad! That little John Deere truck is a real hazard! We need to keep it on a chain, away from stairs.
So sad! I hate it when my kids get hurt and its even harder when you get to play doctor to them. :( Poor guy. I can't believe mom didn't write about it in the weekly reader!!
