Wedgies Are Booty-ful

Don't you agree that wedgies are booty-ful?  Lukey has had a hard time figuring out how to put his underwear on.
Crazy thing!  I decided that I way too tired of changing a 3 year old's stinky bums.  After Lukey pooped in his diaper last Tuesday I threw the diaper in the bucket and said I'm done and so are you.  Undies from now on!

I didn't really think it would work, but it actually did.  He has never had a night-time accident, he only pooped twice in his underwear (sorry Claire and Mom who were watching him and had to clean him up), and had only a handful of accidents.  Potty training should not have been that easy.

However, "easy" is not a word I typically associate with our Lukey-more like fiery-so this feels nice.  Real nice.  And what a luscious booty, right?

that IS a good booty. Glad he's potty trained. That's pretty much how I did it too. Took the diaper off and never went back.

that is a nice booty- What a relief I'm sure to have potty training be so much easier than you had anticipated it'd be for Luke. WAY TO GO!!!!!

What a cute little booty!!! I'm so, so happy that you don't have to deal with his diapers anymore...that is the most glorious feeling a mother can have!!!! Ok Ethan.... :)
What a big boy Lukey is!!!! Congrats!
By the way...I tried that very same thing with Jake...only he was quite a bit younger than Luke...he was only 20 months old!!! I had just learned that I was preg. with twins and I was NOT going to change 3 diapers!!!! Well, needless to say, I didn't get what I wanted....I was sure a dumb mother......

Yeah!!! Potty training is the best. Until you are running errands and all the sudden they have to go in every store. You get to know all the bathrooms really well.

Hey Emily! I use photoshop elements to make printables and such. I love it. It's not the easiest ever to learn (well it would be if I had someone sit down with me for 5 minutes or less). You can get a free download for 30 days to try it out for fun-- if you do, let me know 'cause I MUST tell you about brushes for photoshop (sooo rad and addicting :).
