Compliments
I embarrassed Jake on Sunday. The stake presidency asked me how Jake treated me and I said "He's the cream of the crop," and then went on to expound on what that meant.
Jake was embarrassed that I said that. I'd love to be someone's "cream of the crop." Wouldn't you?

I am pretty sure I get described by jason as, "oh, her...she's alright". "Cream of the crop" would make my year!!!!!!!! WHat a lucky guy that you think so highly of him! :)
I don't understand why that would embarrass him- he should have given you a big... um, hug :)

I would much rather be embarrassed by a compliment than the opposite.
